This is the problem usually occurs when you clone your Windows to your new SSD or HDD or when you try to install second windows in new or existing SSD or HDD.
If you want to clone your OS to new SSD, then this can be solved with the help of tutorials available in the Youtube, Microsoft Forum and etc. But when you want to make your new SSD/HDD as a default Windows and facing this error then, follow this.
First, you need to remove your old SSD/HDD and keep only one SSD/HDD where you want to clean install your Windows.
Then using Windows installation Pen drive or CD Boot into installation. In ''where do you want to install?'' page delete all the partition till there is only one partition remaining then you can create partition by clicking on the New (if you want to), then select it and click on next and install the Windows.
After the completion of the Windows installation successfully.
Put back your old SSD/HDD in to your PC or Laptop, if you want to use it as secondary storage. Then enter the BIOS using del/F2/F11/F12 (Varies on brand check online to find your boot) on the startup of the pc. In boot priority under Boot check your new SSD is in the first place if not change it to first place.
If you also want to use your old Windows as a dual boot. Then using the same Windows install Pen drive or CD (Used for the new Clean install), install in the second SSD/HDD but Select Upgrade windows and install, So that all your application and data will not be deleted.
