Problems in printers are common and frequent. Due to the mechanisms used in these printers, even a small mistake can cause errors or unsatisfactory print quality. It can be challenging to identify the cause of the issue. One such issue is the appearance of vertical lines on the print.
CAUSES
Vertical lines in prints can be caused by many factors.
The lines shown in the image above are caused by a slanted printer position, which results in the cartridge printing those lines. Additionally, this will affect the overall print quality.
SOLUTION
Non-linear lines, as shown in the image above, are very common when the printer is kept on an uneven surface or in a slanted position. If your printer is not placed properly, ensure it is on a flat surface and not slanted.
If the lines still appear, try performing a head alignment in the maintenance settings.
